JFK Champion Long Sleeve

from 37.00
On June 20th, 1963, West Virginia's 100th birthday, JFK dropped the best one liner about West Virginia the world has ever heard, "The sun does not always shine in West Virginia, but the people always do,"

He spoke to the eager crowd with his famous Massachusetts accent, delivering a powerful message of appreciation for the proud people of West Virgina.

He continued, "This State was born to turmoil. It has known sunshine and rain in a hundred years, but I know of no State, and I know this State well, whose people feel more strongly, who have a greater sense of pride in themselves, in their State and in their country, than the people of West Virginia. And I am proud to be here today."

So, here at Mountaineer Media we created this shirt in his honor and representative of our pledge to shine light on our fellow West Virginians.
